Harry Potter is a party animal!

Well the actor who plays him is!

Daniel Radcliffe recently turned 21 in Russia, and he continued the celebration in London when he got back.

However he did weep a few tears with his cast mates after filming the last potter film, so it wasn’t all sunshine on his day.
