More chaos in The Dreams Vs Milian drama

We all knew that The Dream and Christina Milian were having PROBLEMS with their marriage.
But it now seems that Both camps LIED about the separation. You see the dream stated they had separated ages ago and not After pics of him and his personal assistant FROLICKING ON THE BEACH hit the net.

However according to insiders, Christina was "completely blindsided" (talk about a Sandra Bullock moment)by The Dream's announcement.

Christina knew they had problems but not that they were separated!

So then WHY is Dream saying that they split up in LATE 2009, if they were together just this PAST MONTH?
Well its for LEGAL REASONS.
The insider explains, you see "They DON'T have a pre-nup. So Dream is probably trying to make the marriage as SHORT AS POSSIBLE, so that he doesn't have to pay [alimony].
They got married in September.
If he says they split in October or something he may be able to annul the marriage and not have to pay her anything [except child support].
What a douche bag, his more like a nightmare rather than the dream!
