Ray C did not rip off promoter!

Tanzanian songstress Ray C has denied reports from a Norway Promoter that she ripped him off,

The Promoter named Hassan has alleged that RayC owes him over the equivalent of 200 thousand Kenya shillings after he organized a show for her in Holland and after incurring expenses to advertise the show RayC was denied a Visa as she did not have the necessary travel documents which was the Promoters fault.

She goes on to warn any promoter who may want to use her services to in the future make sure they send her the necessary travel documents before they advertise her shows
Ray-c denies theft allegations.

Woiye, poor thing, it wasn't her fault!! Again i say-shady promoters need to be done away with!!!
