Michael Jackson's body might be exhumed as part of evidence for Conrad Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial, which will take place next year.
Lawyers for the physician will be challenging the allegations that Murray killed the singer with an overdose of Propofol by stating that it was other drugs that ended him.
However his body might not be exhumed if frozen samples taken from Michael Jackson's dead body work.
