In one of his hit songs Chrispin Mwangale known to many as Rapper BigPin has a part where he says “breath in breath out let me pumzika” but it seems the city council of Nairobi will not allow him.
The “Benteba” rapper recently had a run in with city council askaris after he was seen by the said askari’s throwing chewing gum out of his car window in traffic…..The Askari’s however let him go after he pleaded with them to spare him…..It seems they are really serious about keeping the city clean for the 27th when we usher in the new constitution.
