Baby boy for Swizz and Keys

Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz have become parents to a baby boy.

Keys, who was due in November, went into labor on Thursday and gave birth to little Egypt in Hospital.

The child is Keys' first, while Beatz is already a father to three children from previous relationships.

The baby's name will be no big surprise to Keys fans - she fell in love with all things Egypt during a hiatus there in 2007. She claimed the country inspired her to return and record hit album "The Element of Freedom."
