Lil Wayne drops it like it's hot

He might be in jail but nothing will stop Lil Wayne when it comes to releasing albums.

He will be dropping a new project on his birthday, September 27th, entitled "I'm Not A Human Being."

The album will serve as a prelude to The Carter 4 which is scheduled to be released around November when he's also scheduled to be released.

It will be released virally-wonder if he got that idea from jail.
