Kamal Kaur and Natasha Rajan-Divas who have made scrap carding cool again!

The coolest trend right now is Scrap carding.More and more urban, hip women who sip their cosmos while tapping their Manolos are digging out their years of collected junk like wrapping paper (that they kept cause an ex that meant tons had wrapped his heart in it)and other sentimental odds and ends and are using it constructively to make beautiful cards.

Gone are the days when you you associated scrap booking and carding with your grandma or dedicated mum (who chronicles naked baby pictures and gleefully takes them out to show to prospective boyfriends).

We all collect feel good mementoes and when you run out of space either you trash them or you erm trash them...

But now you can join the oh-so-chic at a scrappy party where all your junk is collected and you make cards or books for a said friend who is either getting married, having a baby or celebrating a divorce (the trendy call them -emancipation parties-they are catching on too and there's nothing better than getting drunk whilst bitchin about a man who caused you NO pain but you can berate anyway:)

Plus getting a gift where so much love and effort has been put in is priceless (well second to the limited edition of Jimmy Choos anyway).

So why am I blithering away like an idiot, well coz 2 women recently stunned me with their creativity.
