Jay-Z has urged Amy Winehouse to hurry back into the studio to complete her next album - because he fears the "Rehab" hit-maker will become as reclusive as Lauryn Hill.
Winehouse has been in and out of the studio since last year, when she traveled to St. Lucia to record tracks with producer Salaam Remi.
Jay-Z credits Winehouse with boosting the U.K. music scene but he hopes her drink and drug problems are firmly in the past - because he'd hate to see her talent go to waste.
The former Fugees star received critical acclaim when she released her debut solo album "The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill" in 1998 - but she's not released a disc of new material since-see being a diva bites u in the ass after a while!!
