Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidman want worldcup in Australia

Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidman could star in a new film as part of Australia's bid to host the 2018 and 2022 football World Cup.

Football chief Frank Lowy, who is also one of Australia's richest men, has approached the movie stars to help him make a 30-minute video showcasing the best that the country has to offer.

According to sources, the movie is already being shot at places such as Bondi Beach and will be shown to FIFA's executive committee later this year.

Should be easy for them as they hosted a successful Olympic games.

At least she has a sense of humor. Snooki relished in the limelight of being spoofed by South Park on Wednesday night -- despite the fact that she was portrayed as a fat, incoherent creature attempting to hump and rape anything in her path.



After the episode -- which also took shots at The Situation and The Real Housewives of New Jersey -- aired, Snooki tweeted, "snooki want smoosh smoosh. im going to have nightmares tonight lmao!!! we've officially made it. goodnite my b*tches."

All hell broke loose on The View Thursday (October 14th) morning when Bill O'Reilly appeared on the program. A conversation about the planned mosque at Ground Zero set off an argument that ended with Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar walking off the set.

O'Reilly was arguing against the mosque being built, while Joy and Whoopi -- the show's outspoken liberals -- tried to explain that there was a difference between Muslims and the terrorists who attacked on 9/11.

GEORGE MICHAEL GOES TO REHAB?

George Michael reportedly entered rehab this week, just days after being released from prison -- though that's not the story from Michael's partner Kenny Goss who calls the rehab rumors "nonsense." Goss tells the Daily Star that Michael is just relaxing.

According to London's The Sun the singer claims he's committed to turning his life around following his July arrest for driving while under the influence of marijuana. Michael is quoted as saying, "I don't want to end up back in prison. It's a very horrible place to be. You're not considered a person when you're inside, you're just a number and that freaked me out."

David Arquette has revealed that he split with Courteney Cox coz she never gave him any action in the bedroom.

He also admitted that he had slept with someone else since the couple had parted ways and they stopped doing the dirty after their 11th anniversary when cox told him she was "tired of being [his] mother".

He added that he was working on trying to "grow up" by going to therapy.

Despite the separation, Arquette further said that his estranged wife is "the greatest woman he ever met" and that he hopes they can reconcile.

Grover spoofs Old Spice Guy!!CUTE!!!

Sesame Street has spoofed the Emmy-winning Old Spice commercial featuring "Old Spice Guy" Isaiah Mustafa with one of their own starring Grover.

The real commercial premiered during the Super Bowl, and has received over 21 million hits on YouTube since it was posted. Mustafa has gone on to star in subsequent ads both online and on TV. He has also been cast in the Jennifer Aniston movie Horrible Bosses. Maybe an appearance on Sesame Street is in the future?



While Grover's ad didn't go as perfectly as the original (much to our amusement), it will no doubt draw as much attention as the last clip Sesame Street got attention for: Katy Perry's (boobs) guest spot.

Dave Grohl spotted shopping with his Tot for pumpkins

On Sunday musician Dave Grohl took his daughter Violet Maye to Mr. Bones pumpkin patch in Los Angeles to get into the Halloween spirit.

Grohl, who has been a part of such band as Nirvana, Foo Fighters and Them Crooked Vultures, was spotted riding down a large inflatable slide while holding onto his daughter.

The rocker recently filmed a spoof news interview stating he'll sue the Scissor Sisters for $75 million after seeing frontman Jake Shears' genitals during a show.

The video, which appears on the band's official website, sees Grohl break down when questioned by a fake newsreader as he explains his alleged concert experience.

Damon wont be appearing in bourne Legacy according to the scriptwriter as it will be a whole new hero, and a whole new film.

Jason Bourne will not be in this film, but he's very much alive and might return in the next film.

But it will be weird having a Bourne film with no Bourne in it!

LAURA LING TO HOST E! SHOW

E! has hired Laura Ling to host the hour-long series E! Investigates, which will begin airing on December 8th. Ling was famously detained with a Current TV colleague in North Korea last year.

The New York Times reports that the network -- home to hits such as Keeping Up With the Kardashians -- is trying to start covering the "serious side of pop culture."

The network has commissioned individual episodes of E! Investigates in the past, and Ling's series will explore such topics as teen suicide and the lives of military wives on the show.

Kim gets naked again!!

Kim Kardashian has said she regrets posing naked for Playboy, but the E! reality starlet has bared all again in a very revealing shoot for W magazine.

Cover girl Kim is totally nude on the face of the November art issue, except for some strategically placed text boxes over her famous curves.

But this shot is nothing compared to some of the other photos she took during the shoot, while wearing nothing except silver body paint...

And even though Kim's showing us everything in this sexy spread, she tells the mag that what you see isn't really what you get.

Lady gaga was on The Sopranos- before she was famous!!

Who knew that Lady Gaga appeared on an episode of The Sopranos in 2001 when she was just 15? Footage of her scene are making the rounds online this week featuring a pre-fame Gaga back when she went by her real name, Stefani Germanotta.

In the clip, Gaga plays a high school student, who along with "A.J. Soprano" and other friends, sneak into their school's swimming pool after hours. Gaga laughs and cheers as the guys toss equipment in the pool and then break in to the school's trophy cabinet. She's seen drinking a soda and sharing pizza with a couple of girl friends.

The episode, called "The Telltale Moozadell," is from the third season of the HBO show.

Gaga also appeared on the MTV hidden-camera show Boiling Points before becoming famous.

Courtney cox splits from Davis Arquette and David Shwimmer ties the Knot!

Courteney Cox has time-shares these days in both Cougar Town and Splitsville.
The actress and David Arquette have separated after 11 years of marriage.

They have agreed to a trial separation that to understand themselves better.
They stated they would remain responsible parents to their daughter.

Ofcourse we aren’t surprised as we have been telling you things aren’t looking too peachy between the 2 as they have reportedly been in an open marriage. Cox was spotted without her ring a month back and reportedly dating her cougar town co-star- Brian Van Holt.

And the couple decided to go public with their split after learning that pictures surfaced of David and a woman "with whom he has been intimate."

Guess some couples are better off as friends.

And speaking of friends, David Schwimmer tied the knot with photographer Zoe Buckman in June this year in what was obviously a very private ceremony.

The 43-year-old former Friends standout met the 25-year-old Buckman, who's British, in London in 2007, when he was in town directing Run, Fat Boy, Run we wish them well.

Nancy Langat wins Gold for KENYA!!!

Kenyan Olympic champion Nancy Langat has added another title to her medal collection winning the GOLD in the 1,500m race and setting a new record time of 4:05.26.

With English defending champion Lisa Dobriskey opting out of Delhi with an injury, Langat was always going to be a favourite and she didn't disappoint, shaving the previous record set by fellow Kenyan Jackline Maranga in 1998.

Ahead of the Games, Langat was quoted as saying her season ended with the recent Continental Cup race in Croatia and that she would be in Delhi for a holiday.

It didn't show as she timed her race to perfection.

Her teammate Irene Jelagat led the field through the opening two laps before Langat, one of the few Olympic champions in Delhi, made her move at the bell.

"It's a great achievement. I was so excited when I crossed the line. I thank God that I won gold and I am so proud of myself and I love my country," she said, insisting she had prepared properly for the championships.

"I was fully prepared for these championships. I was not expecting to set a championships record but I thank God that I did," she said, adding that had yet to decide if she would also run the 800m.

"So far I am not fully decided because of my knee injury," she said.

"I always wanted that house where everybody wants to go—full of energy, dogs, music, fun. I wanted our house to be that house, and it is."

Lowe helped design the 20-room, Georgian-style home with his wife Sheryl, which they share with their sons, Matthew, 17, and John, 14.

Michelle Obama is more than the first lady of the United States.

She's also the most powerful woman in the world, according to Forbes' list of the World's 100 Most Powerful Women.

According to the list- Obama along with Oprah Winfrey, Lady Gaga, Ellen DeGeneres, Angelina Jolie, Chelsea Handler and Sarah Palin, are the women "shaping many of the agenda-setting conversations of our day" and "driving meaningful change across the world."

But which of the aforementioned ladies ranks closest to Mrs. O and Ms. O when it comes to ruling her realm of influence with an iron fist?

Well that would be 24-year-old Lady Gaga, who at No. 7 is the highest-ranking performer and the youngest woman on the entire list.
