So Gupz and I have been trying to LOSE IT on The Rush on East FM (Kenya's Premier Asian Mix) and we have been trying to lose a kilo a month.

Now here's something i found that should help both of us and you!!

The salad we will be munching on is the Cobb Salad, a garden salad invented by Robert H. Cobb.

Its main ingredients are iceberg lettuce, tomato, bacon, chicken breast, hard-boiled egg, avocado, and Roquefort cheese.

We have tried variations of it by substituting lettuce (sometimes rocket leaves), you can use cherry tomatoes, Turkey (vegetarians can try grilled Tofu as well)and it is delicious and very healthy for you!
